About 3hours drive from Senggigi is Sembalun Highland. Nestled between striking mountains, Sembalun Village sits in a valley and at the base of the Mount Rinjani. On your visit; you will have the chance to experience strawberry picking on a traditional farm; Get insight in to the local Sasak culture, traditions and learning their traditional housing that still stands in the village lived and still in use. Made up of mud-brick, the historical value of these homes within the community is very high. Today, depart hotel early for a short city experience before taking your fast-boat journey and sailing up to the Padang Bai harbor on Bali Island. Your tour concierge will introduce you on Mataram City, the capital of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The city is home to numerous ancient temples and palaces, as well Dutch heritages building. Explore the Ampenan old quarter on a walking tour, photo taking while learning its history. Later this afternoon, board the fast-boat ferry to cruise up the strait of Lombok and sail to Padangbai harbor on Bali Island. Soon you arrive Padangbai harbor. Disembark the ship and met by your local tour concierge to take you to Ubud for your next 2nights accommodations in Bali. On your way a stop might be made at Goa Lawah, one of Bali’s most important temples. It features a complex built around a cave opening that is inhabited by hordes of bats.

Approximately one hour from Ubud lies the active volcano of Mount Batur. The volcano has a spectacular setting within a large ancient caldera next to a lake and hot springs. Over time, several craters have formed on the volcano. Early morning wake (approx. 3am) and take you on an hour journey north-east to Kintamani, your based for your 4WD Jeep Sunrise and Black Lava adventure at Mount Batur. You will be taken into to one of the lower craters which provides panoramic views of Mount Agung and Mount Rinjani. As the sun rises you will be amazed with its stunning view while having your morning picnic bites. The morning adventure continues as you drive through the bumpy winding black lava road. A chance for photo taking before you are dropped at the lake-side Hot Spring pool. Soothing and relaxing dip in the natural hot springs before driving back to Lake View Restaurant for brunch. On your way back to Ubud, some stops made at an agriculture center for learning the coffee processing in traditional method after having a short mini coffee plantation tour. Tegallalang, your next stop, offers an iconic Rice Terraces view. It is an ideal place to have photo taking at this Instagram-able spot. Before exploring Ubud Market and visiting Ubud Palace, you will be taken into Sebatu Mount Kawi Temple, an ancient holy water temple dating back to the 12th century.
