After breakfast, guests check out and travel to Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, to board a traditional wooden boat for a river cruise. The cruise showcases the contrast between the modern city and Kampong Ayer, the world’s largest water village, passing landmarks like the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Bridge and Nurul Iman Palace, the largest residential palace. The tour also highlights the mangrove ecosystem, home to diverse wildlife including mudskippers, kingfishers, egrets, herons, and the rare proboscis monkeys, easily spotted from the river.

The tour of Bandar Seri Begawan includes visits to the Lapau royal ceremonial hall, Dewan Majlis, Tamu Kianggeh market, the Malay Technology Museum, Royal Regalia Museum, and iconic mosques like Omar Ali Saifuddien and Jame’ Asr Hassanil Bolkiah. Guests also enjoy shopping at Yayasan Shopping Complex and Tamu Gadong night market, while experiencing Brunei’s culture, heritage, and modern architecture.

The tour travels 80 km from Bandar Seri Begawan to Seria, passing rural landscapes, the Billionth Barrel Monument, Brunei Shell Petroleum HQ, and Dutch community quarters, followed by lunch in Kuala Belait and free time to explore before returning to the capital.
